2026 Lee County Youth Firearms and Safety Field Day

We impacted a total of 74 students from Giddings, Lexington, Dime Box, Immanuel Lutheran, and St. Paul Serbin schools.  Students rotated through stations including a skills and safety trail, skins/skulls/track identification, Operation Game Thief trailer, archery, shotgun, .22 pistol, .22 rifle, muzzleloader, and .223 rifle.  They were given a safety briefing, and then each had a chance to participate in each activity at the stations. All went very well, and students really seemed to enjoy being out of the classroom and participating!
